After receiving her A.B. from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in Architecture from MIT, award-winning interior designer Britta Butler scoured hundreds of stores around the world to find a pet bed that was able to stand alone as a beautiful piece of furniture for the homes of her discerning clientele. This proved to be nearly impossible: everything available on the market was cookie-cutter at best, and unattractive at worst. After years of fruitless searching, she finally decided to create it herself. Britta spent over a year designing, testing, and fabricating a customizable bed made to fit into any high-end interior, as comfortable as it is beautiful, and durable enough to withstand daily, real-life use.
